The Chatterbox exists to give families a joyful "third space" to celebrate the spirit of childhood together. A place where stories shared can become friendships formed, and a sprinkle of imagination can turn an ordinary day into a special adventure. 

A Reading Adventure for Kids All Summer Long!

All ages are invited to pick up a FREE reading passport at The Chatterbox and follow these

three easy steps:

1. Read 2 new books (or listen to 2 new read-a-louds) and write the titles in your passport.

2. Come to the Chatterbox to get a stamp in your passport and pick a prize from our treasure chest!

3. Fill every page of your passport and you’ll get an invitation to our End-of-Summer Ice Cream Social!

The Chatterbox isn’t just a bookstore—it’s a space for families to relax, explore, and build community. Enjoy your cup of coffee and or chat with a friend while your child explores our play area, imaginative toys, and reading corner.

Every book on our shelves is chosen with care to spark wonder, adventure, curiosity, and courage. From cozy board books to captivating tales and hands-on activity books, there’s something here for every child ages 0-10. 

In an era of endless screens, our family had a dream to create a refreshing alternative: a welcoming children's bookshop that would help build a bright future for our community. We can't wait to meet you!
